Welcome to my Commission Terms of Service. By commissioning me, contacting me, or receiving any work from me, you agree to
General Conduct
Avoid rushing or spamming messages; frequent reminders can slow progress.
For updates on your commission, feel free to send a DM at any time.
Payment
Payments can be made in Robux, BTC, or another agreed method.
Commissions over 15,000 Robux require a partial upfront payment before work begins.
No “pay later” or free commissions; payment must be made before final delivery.
Once the final product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Revisions & Edits
Small revisions (text, colors, minor fixes) are free within reason.
Major changes or redesigns may require additional payment.
After the final version is approved and delivered, no further edits will be made.
Deadlines & Delivery
Timelines vary based on project size and current workload; projects may take hours, days, or months.
Any delays due to personal or technical issues will be communicated promptly.
Clients must remain available during the commission period; lack of response may delay the project.
Usage & Rights
Full rights to the commissioned work transfer once it is fully paid.
Work may be used for personal or in-game purposes unless otherwise agreed.
You may not claim the work as your own or resell/distribute it without permission.
I reserve the right to decline commissions with inappropriate, stolen, or exploitative content.
Not all commissions may be displayed in my portfolio or on social media; showcasing is at my discretion.
Confidentiality
Any private information shared during the commission (files, scripts, concepts, ideas, etc.) will remain confidential unless permission is given to share.
Client Responsibilities
Provide clear, accurate, and complete project details before work begins.
Major changes to project requirements will not be accepted after submission.
I am not responsible for issues caused by unclear or incomplete instructions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if I cannot complete the project.
Partial refunds may be given if the client cancels mid-project or violates terms, depending on progress.
Compliance
All commissions must follow Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.
Attempts to exploit, scam, or bypass payment will result in cancellation, reporting, and blacklisting.
Reminder
By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above terms.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation, partial refund, or blacklisting from future work.
